Luis Abadi shows us his work with the choripan street vendors. These specialists on the grill coexist in all Argentine football stadiums. Argentines make a cult of their work. It is perhaps one of the most deeply rooted traditions of Argentine popular culture, grilled food and football. All this is threatened by Resolution DI-2019-67-DGOEP, which prohibits gastronomic activity for reasons of “security” in the context of the fight against the violence of the barra bravas.
